I’m Holly, a lifelong Lorain County local, mom of two adventurous little girls, and a Realtor who believes real estate should feel less like a transaction and more like a trusted relationship.

After years with a boutique brokerage I made the move to RE/MAX Above & Beyond, Ohio’s number one RE/MAX franchise, to to better serve my clients with powerful, cutting-edge tools and next-level support, while keeping the deeply personal, human connection at the center of it all.

I’ve dedicated the last 7 years to helping clients buy and sell homes across 8 different counties in Northeast Ohio. But the heart of my business runs straight through Lorain County, from the shores of Lake Erie all the way to the southern backroads. This community raised me, shaped me, and now it’s where I get to help others plant roots, grow families, and start new chapters.

I will be in your corner right from the very start of the initial planning stages to the finish of handing you your new set of keys. I help at each twist and turn of the sale process, and I will check in often to ensure that you’re never left guessing what happens next. If you need a lender, inspector, contractor, etc., I have built a lot of strong relationships with other trusted local pros who I would use for my own home. I will connect you with the right people at the exact right time.
